We provide full-service waste station installation, including determining the number of stations needed and selecting optimal locations for installation.
Waste Station Maintenance
We keep waste stations clean by removing filled liners, replacing header bags, and wiping down the station. If needed, we also scoop waste around the area, ensuring a fresh and tidy space for the community.

Whether you're a property manager, park director, or president of your local HOA, Doctor Doo can help make your community a clean, safe, and enjoyable place to spend time.
2. Site Visit & Fact Finding
Depending on the size of your community space, Doctor Doo will walk your property to evaluate problem areas, listen to your concerns, and make recommendations to mitigate or completely eliminate the pet waste issue. If you have a small property or know exactly which areas have issues, we can provide you with an accurate quote without needing to visit your property.
3. Formal Recommendations
Once we have gathered all the information about your community and conduct a site visit, Doctor Doo will create a complimentary dog waste management plan for your property. These plans typically include recommendations for dog waste station placements, the square footage of common areas that need to be manually cleaned, and the service frequency required to reduce your dog waste problem.
4. Starting Services
Our dog waste management proposal will be detailed with a plan of action and costs. Once you've reviewed the proposal and are ready to move forward, you simply sign off on the proposal, and we will schedule your property for service. If your property requires the installation of dog waste stations, our team will call 811 to ensure we are not digging into any utility lines and will place the order for your supplies.
5. Ongoing Services
Doctor Doo will continue to service your commercial property or community on a regular basis as scheduled. If you've selected waste station maintenance services, we will remove the dog waste, replace the bags, and notify you of any vandalism or damaged units.
