Do you provide dog waste removing/poop scoop services all year round?

Yes! Doctor Doo provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. However, if there is inclement weather on your day of service, Doctor Doo will visit the following week. Due to the accumulation of dog waste during the skipped week and it taking a bit longer to clean up the next visit, regular rates apply.

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling the office.

Plans start as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on service frequency and number of dogs. Most clients pay between $95 and $135 per month.

Our fee is primarily based on the frequency of service and the number of dogs in an average sized yard. However, if after the first scooping service is performed and it is determined that your yard is exceedingly large, Doctor Doo will notify you of a price adjustment.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Doctor Doo will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.

No. We do not require anyone to be home. We can perform the service as long as we can access your yard. If your dog is aggressive or an escape artist, it is required that they be put away and not in the yard.

No. As long as your dog is friendly with strangers and will allow us to clean the yard. However, if your dog is territorial or unfriendly, we will require you to keep your dog indoors until the service has been completed.

Our routing system determines the best day of service based on your address. If your day for service falls on a national holiday, Doctor Doo will try to fit you in on a different day during the same or following week at no additional charge.

Unfortunately, no. In order for Doctor Doo to keep his service fees low he relies on his routing system to determine the best day to service each client based on their location and address. We will do our best to keep your day of service consistent.

Doctor Doo does not provide a service window. However, you can receive notification, by text, when Doctor Doo is on his way.

Doctor doo takes the safety of all pets and clients seriously. All equipment and shoes are cleaned with a kennel-grade disinfectant after each yard. Additionally, Doctor Doo takes and send pictures of closed and secured gates as assurance your dog won’t get out of the yard.

It’s best that lawns be kept short and free of any leaves or debris. If our Doctor Doo cannot find the pet waste, we can not guarantee it will be removed.

No. We double bag the waste and will either place it in the waste cans you’ve left out for the day of service or neatly place the bags along the side of your house and out of view from the street/sidewalk, if possible.
